This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit Fleets ("Orbit", "we", "us"), a fleet-operations platform operated by Mutree Solutions, collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit orbitfleets.com or use the Orbit platform and crew apps.
Who this applies to
This policy covers visitors to our website and prospective customers who contact us. Where Orbit is used by an operating company (our customer), that company is the controller of its own operational data; we process that data on its behalf under our customer agreement.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, fleet size and message, so we can respond and arrange a walkthrough.
- Operational data (customer platform). For customers, the platform processes job, scheduling, location, time and signature records that crews and dispatchers enter — used solely to provide the service to that customer.
- Technical data. Basic server and security logs needed to operate the site and platform reliably.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide demonstrations.
- To deliver, secure, and improve the Orbit platform for our customers.
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for unrelated marketing lists.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, email, and SMS delivery), each bound to handle it only on our instructions, and where required by law. Operational data is never shared between customers — each customer's data is isolated.
Data retention
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our records. Customer operational data is retained per the customer agreement and deleted or returned on request at the end of the engagement.
Security
Access to production data is restricted, transmissions are encrypted in transit, and changes are audited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have given us by emailing admin@orbitfleets.com. Customers should direct data requests from their own staff or customers to their company, as the controller of that data.
